Paymentwill Be by Check, Cashier's Check or Moneyorder Only Made Payable to Baker & Lawson,inc. (Engineer). Refunds Will Not Be Made. Qualifications of Bidders, Insurer, and Sureties Are Set Forth in the Bidding Documents.a Bid Security in an Amount Not Less Than Fivepercent (5%) of the Total Bid Will Be Required,as Detailed in the Bidding Documents.
