Site work for a water / sewer project in Springfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Description: The proposed work of this project generally consists of the following: o Rehabilitation of approximately 163 vertical feet of manhole utilizing spray applied monolithic liner. o Cleaning and Rehabilitation of approximately 4,134 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer by cured in place plastic pipe (CIPP) The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a construction performance bond and a construction payment bond as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. Said work shall be subject to the prevailing rate of wages as established in the Ohio Department of Commerce requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received whenever the best interest of the City will be served.
