Site work and renovation of a civil project in North, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct Division I & II - Bull Swamp Water System Improvements, consisting of the following approximate quantities: o Division I: 10,934 LF of 12" DIP Water Main, 1,316 LF of 12" RJ DIP Water Main, 15,983 LF of 10" DIP Water Main, 1,313 LF of 10" RJ DIP Water Main, 128 LF of 10" RJ DIP Water Main Installed in Casing, 5,528 LF of 8" DIP Water Main, 285 LF of 8" RJ DIP Water Main, 254 LF of 6" RJ DIP Water Main, 34 LF of 6" RJ DIP Water Main Installed in Casing, 900 LF of 14" HDPE Water Main installed by Horizontal Directional Drill, Valves, Fittings, and Appurtenances. Division II: Installation of a Package Booster Pump Station, Demolition, Site Work, Well Building Modifications, Chemical Feed System, Electrical Work, Diesel Generator, Piping, Valves, Fittings, and Appurtenances. The project must be closed out before June 1, 2026 to comply by the SCIIP grants requirements. Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders. A one hundred percent (100%) payment bond and performance bond will be required. Contractor must provide fire, extended coverage, vandalism, and malicious mischief insurance equal to the actual value of the insured property during construction. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. (Any prospective bidder, offeror, contractor or subcontractor who is aggrieved in connection with the solicitation of this contract may protest to Engineer (or) Owner in accordance with Section 11-35-4210 of the SC Code of Laws, within 15 days of the date of issuance of the Notice of Intent to Award. No bid will be considered unless the bidder is legally qualified under the provisions of the South Carolina Contractor's Licensing Law (South Carolina Code of Laws as amended on April 1, 1999, Chapter 11, Sections 40-11-10 through 40-11-428).
