Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Junction City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
These specifications and the accompanying plans are intended as a general description of the work to be undertaken. In the matter of preparing plans and specifications, there are intricacies of construction which it is impractical to specify in detail, but in such matters the current rules of good practice in the trades shall govern to provide a complete project ready for use. The Scope of Work will include a shower/restroom remodel a floor infill and finishes for new bunk room. Also, there will be a kitchen remodel as an additional alternate bid. Junction City Fire Station 2 Remodel located at 2245 Lacy Drive Junction City, KS 66441. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any information in the bid. All questions will be answered via addenda and disseminated through Salina Blue Print Bids shall be directed to the City Clerk, Ariana Lorenzo, securely sealed, and endorsed as a bid with the name and address of the project, as well as the Bidder's name and contact information on the outside of the envelope as directed in the Instructions to Bidders .
