Foulcard, is soliciting proposals for the purpose of identifying a qualified contractor to perform interior painting in specified areas of Franklin City Hall and the restoration of three historic wooden staircases in Franklin City Hall. The City is seeking proposals for a fixed price, lump sum contract. Project Description The City of Franklin has the need to contract with a qualified individual or firm to perform the services related to interior prep work and painting in specified areas on the first and second floor at Franklin City Hall located at 300 Iberia Street and the restoration of three (3) staircases with banisters and surrounding woodwork spanning between the first and second floors at Franklin City Hall located at 300 Iberia Street, Franklin. The successful respondent will perform the following services as directed by the Franklin City Clerk and in accordance with plot diagrams: Scope of Work - Interior Prep and Painting Selected vendor will be responsible for surface prep, repairs to walls and calking hairline cracks, sanding, priming, and application of (2) coats of paint.
