COUNTY ROAD, HARDENBURGH AVENUE, AND PIERMONT ROAD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS Bidder shall submit with the bid a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Electronic bid bond is acceptable, if Bidder is submitting a guarantee in the form of a cashier's check or certified check, an image of the check must be included with the bid or proposal submitted through the eprocurement platform; the physical check must be submitted to the County of Bergen, Division of Purchasing, One Bergen County Plaza, 3rd Floor, Rm #370 in a sealed envelope clearly marked as part of the bid response.
