Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Ashland, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

The scope of work is for replacement of one existing box culvert and stormwater junction box and includes The project involves demolishing and removing the existing box culvert, headwall, and junction chamber located at 1106 Pollard Road, Ashland, Kentucky 41101. This contract will replace the existing structures with a precast concrete box culvert measuring 8 feet wide, 7 feet high, and approximately 40 feet long, along with a new junction chamber and headwall structure as depicted in the contract drawings. Additionally, the scope of work includes full-width resurfacing of the affected section of Pollard Road. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Question Deadline 11/29/2024 All Contractors questions regarding this project must be in writing and e-mailed to scole@ashlandky.gov or faxed to 606-385- 3333 at least 5 days prior to the bid date.
