Alden Elementary School Roof Replacement Phase III and Associated Work Bidders must be certified by DCAMM in Roofing. Estimated Cost $150,000 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of but not limited to: 1. Removal of existing single ply roof membrane and associated assembly, and installation of new 2-ply modified bitumen roofing assembly. 2. Removal and replacement of roof drains. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 11/25/2024 at 4:00PM EST for general bids 1. Remove and dispose of existing single-ply EPDM roof assembly and associated components down to the structural deck (existing coal tar pitch roof membrane to remain); install new 2-ply SBS modified bitumen roof system and all associated components, including but not limited to: insulation, coverboard, 2-ply SBS modified bitumen roof membrane, and associated sheet metal flashings. 2. Remove and dispose of existing roof drains and all associated components; install new roof drains and all associated components, including but not limited to: dome strainers, flashing clamps and gravel stops, adjustable sleeves, O-rings, reversible collars, gaskets, drain bodies, underdeck clamps, no-hub outlets, no-hub connections, and associated bolts and washers. 3. Install new counterflashing and all associated components at existing windowsill flashing to remain.
