Reference Number 0000381992 The Charter Township of Independence (Owner) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (STATEMENTS) from Contractors to provide on-going, as needed safety path installation, rehabilitation and maintenance services for three (3) calendar years with the option to renew annually. Requested services include, but may not be limited to: Installation of new or repair/ replacement of 4" / 6" / 8"concrete safety paths, ramps/landings, / driveways/concrete curb and gutter, structure adjustments, retaining wall construction/slabs, patios, foundations, fencing and other related services necessary to maintain the Township's safety path system, and other miscellaneous items of work. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required Questions may be directed to Mr. David McKee, Independence Township DPW Director; Telephone: (248) 625-8222. No STATEMENT may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receiving STATEMENTS for at least 120 days. *The Charter Township of Independence reserves the right to reject all STATEMENTS and to waive irregularities in this process. No STATEMENT will be received and evaluated unless delivered to the Township DPW on or before the date and time specified.
