Intent to Bid Due Date: Dec 11th 2024, 5:00 PM CST Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered. M/WBE Goal = 11.29%
