The Site, for purposes of this RFP, is at 4 Stephens Crescent, 14 Stephens Crescent, 15 Stephens Crescent, 17 Stephens Crescent, 26 McGregor Drive, 27 McGregor Drive, 28 McGregor Drive and Shared Garage at 27/28 McGregor Drive, in Grand Rapids, Manitoba. 1 The Work includes all that is required for roofing maintenance and repairs or possible replacement. Descriptions of ITEMS of the Work listed below are provided as a general overview.
