The Work includes all labour, supervision, equipment and tools required to complete the runner replacement including turbine generator disassembly and reassembly and intake gate refurbishment of Unit 4 at the Grand Rapids Generating Station. The Work includes the following ITEMs: The Work includes all labour, supervision, equipment and tools required to complete the runner replacement including turbine generator disassembly and reassembly and intake gate refurbishment of Unit 4 at the Grand Rapids Generating Station. The Work includes the following ITEMS: ITEM 1: Mobilization and Demobilization ITEM 1 includes the mobilization and demobilization of all plant, personnel, and equipment to and from the Grand Rapids Generating Station at the start of Work and at the completion of the project. ITEM 2: Provision and Utilization of the Contractor's Plant ITEM 2 includes the provision and utilization of all equipment, materials and tools (Contractor's Plant) required to carry out the Work. ITEM 3: Supply and Installation of the Contractor's Plant for use by the Contractor and Others ITEM 3 includes the supply and installation of equipment, materials, and tools (Contractor's Plant) detailed in the Technical Requirements for use by the Contractor and Others during the Work. ITEM 4: Provision and Utilization of Miscellaneous Hand Tools, Power Tools and Equipment ITEM 4 includes the provision of all miscellaneous hand tools, power tools, and equipment required to complete the Work. ITEM 5: Provision of Hourly Workforce ITEM 5 includes the provision of the hourly workforce required to complete the Work. ITEM 6: Provision of Site Supervisory and Administrative Personnel ITEM 6 includes the provision of all site supervisory and administrative personnel required for the Work. This includes but is not limited to site supervisors, schedulers, estimators, planners, timekeepers, accounting staff, and administrative staff. ITEM 7: Supply of Consumable Materials ITEM 7 includes the supply of all consumables and materials as specific on the Purchaser's Drawings, in the Technical Requirements or otherwise required to complete the Work. ITEM 8 (PURCHASER'S OPTION): On-the-Job Training ITEM 8 includes all costs for creating and maintaining an on-the-job training (OJT) program including but not limited to training materials, participant wages/benefits, travel, meals and accommodations. ITEM 8 does not include off-site expenses or management travel costs. ITEM 9 (PURCHASER'S OPTION): Surface Air Cooler and Piping Disassembly and Reassembly (Generator WP16 and 17) ITEM 9 includes the provision of the hourly workforce required to the complete the Work in the Technical Requirements for the Generator Work Packages 16 and 17. ITEM 10 (PURCHASER'S OPTION): Discharge Ring Inspection and Repair (Turbine WP28) ITEM 10 includes the provision of the hourly workforce required to the complete the Work in the Technical Requirements for the Turbine Work Package 28.
