Purpose: The Board of County Commissioners is seeking written quotes from licensed and insured A/C contractors with the required expertise and capability to provide and install a Mitsubishi 20k BTU 2 port condenser at the Wakulla County Animal Shelter Office located at 1 Oak Street, Crawfordville, Florida 32327 . Scope of Services to be provided: Provide all labor and materials to complete the following: o Provide and install a Mitsubishi 20k BTU 2 port condenser (1), 6000 BTU wall mount blower (2), copper line set and drain. o Mitsubishi condenser is to be mounted on block wall with brackets. o Wall mount blowers to be mounted in two rooms. o Run copper line sets from blowers to condenser. o Run communication wires from blowers to condenser. o Run drain lines. o Start up the system and check operations. o Provide parts warranty. Quotes must be on company letterhead with a date and signature of an authorized representative of the vendor. All vendors providing written quotes must have the required expertise and capability to perform the work or supply the commodities or equipment. Consideration will be given to the vendor who has the capability to perform the work or supply the commodities or equipment, consideration shall also be given to the vendor's geographic proximity to Wakulla County for future ease of delivery, mobilization, or customer support after a purchase. The lowest cost, responsible and responsive vendor who is capable of performing the services or supplying the commodities or equipment shall be awarded the contract.
