Renovation of a municipal facility in Crawfordville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Provide all labor and materials to complete the following: Dog room: o Replace 3 existing wall receptacles o Add 220 volt 30amp mini split A/C circuit o Install 5 - 4" LED lights and switch o Drop power down for 2 heaters o Fix exposed wiring in j-box o Install 4 fans and switch Cat room: o Replace 3 lights with 4' LED Medical room: o Rework exposed conduit o Install 2 - 4' LED lights Add 2nd light Laundry: o Replace light with 4' LED Rear building: o Clean up existing conduit and wiring o Disconnect fan Front porch: o Install 2 new flood lights and switch o Install 6 new LED ceiling lights and switch o Blank off wall pack above roof If there are specific questions regarding the scope of services, please contact Ricky Dyke, Project Manager at rdyke@mywakulla.com or 850-966-0957.
