The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler (Owner) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (Proposals) for selection of a General Contractor firm for Biomedical Research Center Re-Roofing (Project), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of Project is defined by the contract documents and consists of the following: 1. Roof replacement and other work indicated in the contract documents. WORK UNDER SEPARATE CONTRACTS A. General: Cooperate fully with separate contractorsso work on those contracts may be carried outsmoothly, without interfering with or delaying the work under a UT Tyler contract or other contracts.
