Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Pickens, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The School District of Pickens County, hereafter referred to as the "District" or "SDPC", is accepting competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide and install a new band observation tower at the Pickens High School per the attached drawings by Royal Engineering Inc. Provide pricing for steel, shop drawings, fabrication, clean, prime coat of paint, delivery to site, field welds, erection (crane & operator), final installation, and prime welds. Third party inspectors are by SDPC; however, any follow- up inspections required to re-inspect issues relating to or caused by vendor or contractor workmanship shall be paid by the successful bidder. Include all labor and materials to complete the band observation tower per the drawings and specifications provided. Concrete footings and pads, minor grading, grassing, fencing, and finish painting is by others. Existing band tower to be removed by others and new foundation installed prior to tower installation.
