The School District of Pickens County invites qualified vendors to submit quotes/bids for Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems Inspections. The District will establish a one year contract (twelve months),beginning approximately August 12, 2019(estimate) through June 30, 2020, with the option to renew said contract for four (4) additional one-year periods. Pricing for the first year will be prorated for the actual contract period since it will be less than a full 12 months. Contract years 2 through 5 will begin July1 of each year and end on June 30 the following calendar year, providing a full 12 month contract. The contract will automatically renew on each anniversary date as long as both parties desire to maintain said contract. Renewal on the part of the District will be based upon satisfactory Contractor performance. Should either party wish not to renew the contract at the end of a contract period, notification shall be submitted in writing to the other party no less than ninety (90) calendar days prior to the contractrenewal date and should the District elect not to renew the contract, a minimum of thirty (30) days notice shall be provided to the contracted firm Questions Must Be Received by:tuesday, July 30, 2019before 10:00 Amest.
