Renovation of an educational facility in Pickens, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The School District of Pickens County is accepting sealed bids for the installion ONLY for HVAC units at Old Pickens Middle School Gym. The School District of Pickens County, hereafter referred to as the "District" or "SDPC" is accepting sealed bids to deliver and install HVAC units at OPMS (467 Sparks Lane Pickens, SC 29671), in accordance with the requirements and specifications of this solicitation. Installation to be coordinated with Steve Triplett or assigned designee. The District reserves the right to add to, or take away from, the scope of work without extending the terms and conditions of the contract period and to meet the needs of the District through the IFB process, from SC State Contract, and/or any other sources without limitation. This solicitation does not commit the District to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the proposal or to procure any goods or services
