The School District of Pickens County is seeking Statements of Professional Qualifications for the purpose of establishing an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for services of one or more highly qualified, reliable and creative architectural and engineering firm(s). Questions must be received by: Tuesday, April 9, 2019 before 10:00 AM EST. All questions should be emailed to Kate Wilson at KateWilson@pickens.k12.sc.us. Any award issued will be issued to, and the contract will be formed with, the entity identified as the Offeror. The entity named as the Offeror must be a single and distinct legal entity. You must submit a signed copy of this form with your offer. By submitting a bid or proposal, you agree to be bound by the terms of the solicitation. You agree to hold your offer open for a minimum of ninety (90) calendar days after the opening date or longer if required by the District. The School District of Pickens County hereafter referred to as the "District", "School District", or "SDPC", assumes no responsibility for improperly marked or misdirected IDC responses and/or correspondence related to this document. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
