Reference Number 0000368933 Bid Intent Not Available The Detroit Transportation Corporation (DTC) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide ongoing architecture and engineering consulting services to the agency focusing on optimizing the design, operation, and regulatory compliance of the transit system. DTC is a quasi-public Corporation, which is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Detroit People Mover (DPM). The Detroit People Mover (DPM) is a fully automated transit system serving the downtown Detroit core. The system consists of a 2.9-mile single-lane elevated concrete guide way loop, twelve (12) rail cars, thirteen (13) passenger stations, and the Maintenance and Control Facility (MCF).
