The District is Seeking Organiza- Tions and Persons Interested in Serving as the District's Performance Criteria Developer ("pcd") During the Project. Any Person or Organization Applying for Consideration by the District Must Obtain a Copy of the District's Design-build Contract Policy From Superintendent Jason Brown. The Policy Describes the Pcd's General Responsibilities. If You Are Interested in Serving as the Pcd for the Project, Please Sub- Mit a Letter of Interest to Superintendent Jason Brown, High Plains Com- Munity Schools, 260 S. Pine Street, Polk, Ne 68654 by December 20th, 2024. This Letter of Interest Should Provide: (1) a Statement of Your Qualifi- Cations and Performance Data, Which Should Include Your Capabilities to Perform, the Adequacy of Your Personnel, Your Past Record and Performance, Your Experience, and Any Other Information That You Feel is Appropriate; (2) Documentation Showing That You Are Licensed or Certified to Practice Architecture or Engineering Pursuant to the Nebraska Engineers and Architects Regulation Act; and (3) Your Billing Practices and/ or Billing Rates and an Estimate of What You May Charge for Serving as the District's Pcd for the Project.
