Remove and Install Replacement of Albany County Planning Annex Emergency Generator Site Address: 525 E Grand Ave Albany County by and through the Albany County Emergency Management Agency is seeking proposals from qualified entities and/or individuals to remove and replace the existing emergency generator at the Albany County Planning Annex located at 1002 S 3rd Street, Laramie, WY 82070. Project Overview: This project will consist of: 2.1.1. Disconnect existing generator, electrical and gas lines, and move generator to a location designated by Albany County. 2.1.2. Purchase RG25 KW, Natural Gas Generator, Liquid Cooled 1.5L 3600 RPM, 120/208 3 Phase Generator, battery, cold weather kits. 2.1.3. Install generator based on approved location and schedule. 2.2. Project Scope consists of: 2.2.1. Disconnect, remove and transport existing generator to location designated by Albany County. 2.2.2. Obtain electrical permit from City of Laramie. 2.2.3. Furnish, and install RG25 KW, Natural Gas Generator, Liquid Cooled 1.5L 3600 RPM, 120/208 3 Phase Generator, battery, cold weather kits on existing concrete pad in location of existing 2.2.4. Furnish, install and connect new transfer switch to generator and 3 phase electric service. 2.2.5. Final electric connection between transfer switch and generator. 2.2.6. Connect generator to natural gas fuel supply. 2.2.7. Unit start-up and programming. 2.2.8. Unit test and operation certification. 2.2.9.
