The Sewer Main Lining Installation Project consists of a qualified contractor providing sewer main lining services in multiple locations in the Town of Trappe, MD. The Town has allocated $50,000 towards this Project and seeks to line as many sewer main lines as possible for $50,000. The Town of Trappe (the "Town") is seeking Proposals to provide labor and materials to install sewer main lining in multiple locations in Trappe, Maryland to seal off groundwater intrusion (the "Project"). The Town's sanitary sewer main lines range in diameter from 8" to 12", with exclusion of lateral lines. A majority of the sewer main lines are 8" in diameter. The Town has $50,000 American Rescue Plan Act ("ARPA") funds remaining to allocate towards the Project. The Town seeks to expend a maximum amount of $50,000 to install sewer main lining in as many locations as possible in Town. Livingston recently completed a project in the Town to provide closed-circuit television ("CCTV") inspection services following Pipeline Assessment & Certification Program standards of various sanitary sewers located in the Town and will provide a condition assessment (the "Assessment"), which the Town anticipates receiving on November 25, 2024, which will be made a part of this bid package. The Town anticipates that the Assessment will identify areas in Town that require sewer main lining. The Town seeks to install sewer main lining in as many locations in Town for the maximum amount of $50,000, including any necessary mobilization and demobilization. Please provide a cost proposal for the cost of sewer lining per linear foot, depending on the diameter of the sewer line, which ranges from 8" to 12", and the applicable warranty for the product.
