Of Asphalt Pavement; 1,100 L.f. Of Concrete Curb And Gutter; 17,000 S.f. Of Concrete Sidewalk; 200 V.f. Of Modular Block Retaining Wall; Concrete Driveway Approach; Topsoiling And Seeding; As Well As All Related Work Including Unclassified Excavation, Erosion Control, Traffic Control, And Site Cleanup. No Proposal Will Be Accepted Unless Accompanied By A Certified Check Or Bid Bond Equal To At Least 5% Of The Amount Bid, Payable To The Owner As A Guarantee That, If The Bid Is Accepted, The Bidder Will Execute And File The Proper Contract And Bond Within 15 Days After The Award Of The Contract.
