Renovation of a medical facility in Swan Lake, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Work of this Contract comprises installation of a new fire water service, new cistern and fire pump house, fire pump, fire alarm system, automatic sprinkler system, firestopping, and interior finishes as required at the Lorne Memorial Hospital also known as Provincial Fire and Life Safety Project - Lorne Memorial Hospital. Erection, maintenance and dismantling of Infection Control Preventative Measures shall be within the scope of work and be performed in accordance with CSA 317.13 and the regional infection control policies and procedures.
