Bid for the scope of work as defined in this Invitation to Tender (ITT), for construction of a new community hall located at 7-4th Street Swan Lake, MB. The building located at 7-4th Street Swan Lake, MB, was a community hall that was destroyed by a snow load event in March 2023, the building has been demolished, and the foundations backfilled. The drawings and specifications for the new build community hall are attached, the new building includes a wood framed structure with a concrete slab on grade, the roof includes engineered wood roof trusses with metal roof sheeting, the exterior cladding for the side walls are also metal cladding. Kitchen - Room 104 Exclude dishwasher Exclude x 3 gas stoves (4 burner stoves excluded) (The Gas supply will be included) Exclude all coolers (3 door cooler, 2 door cooler x 4 units) Exclude dish carts. kitchen worktables with no specified material, is to be constructed with melamine and include laminate counters. The Client reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to cancel the bidding process at any time prior to award of Contract, this includes costs and liability to the affected bidder against all parties involved in the tender process.
