Reference Number 0000285309 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/01/28 12:00:00 PM CST Supply of labour for various mechanical repairs to the Mill Creek Pump Station (Pumpsite 'Z'), LaSalle River Pump Station (Pumpsite 'Y'), and Elm River Pump Station (Pumpsite 'W'). The service life of the Contract will begin APRIL 1, 2025. This Contract will expire on MARCH 31, 2027 SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work involves supplying qualified person(s) to complete a wide variety of mechanical maintenance and construction activities at the various pump stations. The Department employs Flygt(TM) brand industrial submersible pumps at these locations. The work would include general field maintenance, repair, and installation of pumps, pump chambers, and mechanical systems used in the operation of the Mill Creek, LaSalle River, and Elm River pump stations. All persons performing the work must have several years experience in the specific field of work being performed. The Department anticipates that there may be some pump maintenance work that cannot be completed in the field and will require in-shop repair. The scope of work includes anticipated in-shop pump repairs as necessary. All persons performing the work must have several years experience in the specific field of work being performed.
