Reference Number 0000288647 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/18 12:00:00 PM CDT Supply of Labour "as and if Required" for Various Electrical Repairs - Vicinity of Portage La Prairie, Mb The scope of work involves supplying qualified person(s) to complete a wide variety of electrical maintenance activities. The work would include general maintenance, repair and field installation of electrical systems used in the MTI Operations in the vicinity of Portage La Prairie, MB. All persons performing the work must have several years' experience in the specific field of work being performed and have the necessary skills to repair, service and install. A certified Journeyman Electrician and 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice must have strong system diagnostic and electrical trouble shooting skills necessary for repairs, servicing and installation. The following is also required: Service Provider is to be available on an emergency basis. The Service Provider must be available and reachable 24/7 including holidays. All work completed is to be approved by Manitoba. Service provided may be required to supply materials, as approved by Manitoba. Any approved materials provided by the Service Provider will be paid with funds by contingency as per the parts mark up percentage fee. Additional services outside those described in Part 2 Description of Services Provided may be requested. Any work outside of those described herein must not be undertaken unless agreed to by the Service Provider and Manitoba using the Change Request Procedure described in Part 4 Form of Agreement Section 7.00 of this RFQ. The Service Provider agrees to obtain and maintain, at its cost, throughout the term of the Agreement, and in the case of claims-made policies for a period of at least twenty four (24) months following completion of all Services under this Agreement (to provide a claim discovery period), the following insurance: a) commercial general liability insurance covering the Services provided by Service Provider or its officers, employees, subcontractors or agents under this Agreement; such insurance shall: (i) provide a minimum of Two Million ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence limit of liability; and (ii) name Manitoba, its Ministers, officers, and employees and agents as Additional Insureds with respect to this Agreement; b) professional liability insurance for all professional consultants engaged or employed by the Service Provider or its subcontractors providing the Services with minimum limits of liability of two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence or claim; c) automobile liability insurance covering all licensed motor vehicles owned, hired, or used by the Service Provider, or its officers, employees, or subcontractors in the performance of Services under this Agreement, with limits not less than Two Million ($2,000,000.00) Dollars per occurrence.
