The project start date is flexible, however if the Contractor leaves the site unattended/unworked for more than 5 consecutive work days after starting, fines will be imposed. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier s check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal.
