Remodeling of a library in Wendell, Idaho. Working plans call for the remodel of a library.
2024 Library Remodel Project The Start Date is Flexible, However if the Contractor Leaves the Site Unattended/unworked for More Than 5 Consecutive Workdays After Starting, Fines Will Be Imposed. The Work is Expected to Commence on or After January 6, 2025, and Be Substantially Complete by December 31, 2025. The Award of Contract Will Be Considered at the Next City Meeting. The Work Contemplated is Designated as the City of Wendell 2024 Library Remodel Project. The Work Generally Consists of the Following: Repair and Remodel Existing City Building to Specifics of Engineered Design Plans. This Project Includes Interior and Exterior Work, Hvac, Windows, Electrical, Plumbing, Paint and Finish Work. In Accordance With Current Codes. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality or to Reject Any or All Bids. Each Bidder Must Deposit With Their Bid, Security an Amount of 5 Percent of Bidder's Maximum Bid Price and in the for of a Bid Bond Issued by a Surely Duly Licensed or Authorized to Issue Bonds in the Required Amount in the State of Idaho and Acceptable by the Owner. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid Within Forty-five (45) Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. All Bidders Shall Accompany Proposals With Evidence of Holding a Valid Idaho Public Works Contractor's License Covering Work to Be Performed and Shall List Sub-contractors as Required by Idaho Code.
