Renovation of an educational facility in Wendell, Idaho. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers.A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Wendell School District #232 is seeking qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) firms licensed in Idaho to provide pre-construction and construction services for district facility improvement projects. The selected CM/GC will assist the District and its design team with budgeting, constructability reviews, scheduling, and general contracting services under a CM/GC delivery model as defined by Idaho Code 67-2320 and 67-2805A. Interested firms may obtain the full RFQ packet with the project scope and submission requirements by contacting Wendell School District #232. All questions regarding this RFQ must be directed to Ryan Bowman. Email: rbowman@wendellschools.org All questions must be in writing in email format by November 17, 2025.
