This all-inclusive bid is for the replacement of three (3) gate operators, and the replacement of one (1) gate and operator to a slider gate at the Regional Transit System (RTS) Main Facility. Specifications Gate Locations and Work Descriptions Gate 1 - Employee Lot Gates Replace both swing gate operators (Door King Model 6500 currently installed) Include riser mounts and surge suppressors with both gate operators Install grounding rods (min. 8 ft. in length 5/8 " diameter with 6 Gauge copper wire) Replace Photo Cells Replace in-ground loops Both gates have two (2) entrance loops and one (1) exit safety loop Gate 2 - Main Yard Gates Replace the swing gate operator on the entrance gate (Door King Model 6500 currently installed) Install replacement sliding gate and sliding gate operator on the exit gate Include a riser mount on the entrance gate operator and surge suppressors with both gate operators Install grounding rods (min. 8 ft. in length 5/8 " diameter with 6 Gauge copper wire) Replace Photo Cells Replace in-ground loops The Main Yard entrance gate has two (2) entrance loops and one (1) exit safety loop The Main Yard exit gate has two (2) entrance loops and two (2) exit safety loops Freight included with quote, not as a separate charge.
