This Design Build Project is Posted Exclusively for Those Contractors on the Current DHS/USCG National Multiple Award Construction Contract II (NMACC III- Pool1). This project is for design/build project is to replace existing steam and condensate piping throughout the U.S. Coast Guard Academy campus in New London, CT. Project to include replacing steam and condensate piping as indicated by section numbers in RFP specifications. Replace all steam / condensate piping and hot water supply / return piping within the indicated various mechanical rooms. Design-Build - Steam and condensate piping (various sections). Contractor selected will provide all labor, material, equipment, mobilization, demobilization, permitting, construction support, quality control services, and ancillary items required.
