New London Public Utilities (NLPU) is soliciting statements of qualifications from Engineering Consulting firms to provide On-Call Professional Services in planning, surveying, design, information technology, construction contract administration, resident inspection and general technical support for the following major service areas and other Drinking Water Improvement Projects identified in the updated Capital Improvement Project (CIP): 1. Water Treatment Facilities 2. Water Supply Dams 3. Water Tanks and Storage Facilities 4. Wastewater Pressure and Force Mains 5. Wastewater Treatment Facilities 6. Stormwater Systems. All questions are due by December 16, 2024 2:00 P.M. You must email Joshua Montague jmontague@newlondonct.org. o Do NOT submit any fee related information with qualifications. Those firms deemed to be qualified will be contact for fee structures after the evaluation period. o A public reading of those firms submitting qualifications will take place at 13 Masonic Street, New London, CT 06320. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
