Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Elkford, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The main items of Work in this Contract include the following: The demolition of current exterior staircase, including the infill repairs to existing doorways and asphalt. New construction of steel framed enclosed exterior staircase complete with vestibule, fire escape and new concrete apron. The retrofit of existing roof membrane over existing mechanical room and installation of new membrane, slope package, and wood curb. Installation of exterior sprinkler system and installation/relocation of lighting as dictated in the contract documents.
