Project consists of work at the High School including full renovations of toilet rooms including removal and replacement of floor and wall tiles, ACT ceiling, partitions, accessories, fixtures, lighting, provide air conditioning to spaces throughout the second floor and replacement and installation of equipment related to air conditioning, renovations of technology suite and security vestibule. Project work at the Middle School includes full renovations of toilet rooms including removal and replacement of floor and wall tiles, ACT ceilings, partitions, accessories, fixtures and lighting, provide air condition in select classroom, and replacement and installation of equipment require for air conditioning. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
