Question Deadline 04/02/2025 at 3:00 PM PT Provide Security Doors, Frames, Hardware, and Install Services, Tacoma Public Utilities (TPU) is soliciting bids to establish one or more contracts with qualified vendors to fulfill the City's needs for Security Doors, Frames, Hardware, and Install Services. Contract(s) will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) based on price, product quality and availability. If this project requires prevailing wages under chapter 39.12 RCW, any worker, laborer, or mechanic employed in the performance of any part of the work shall be paid not less than the applicable prevailing rate of wage. The project site is located in Various County/Counties. A payment and performance bond, including power of attorney, for this project is required in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract total. City of Tacoma reserves the right to review insurance requirements during any term of the Contract and to require that Contractor make reasonable adjustments when the scope of services changes. The City of Tacoma reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities of any items under this Contract and pay according to the unit prices quoted in the Proposal (with no adjustments for anticipated profit).
