Collection System Improvements Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Package The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in bids and to accept any bids which in the opinion of the City Commission may be most advantageous to the City of Sault Ste. Marie and in accordance with the City's Award Process and other bidding documents. Contracted scope of services may include: - Project Planning: Project Planning for CWSRF FY25-26 has been completed and submitted to EGLE. The proposed projects are available in the attachments. - Design Phase: Based on the Planning Documents, provide all engineering services required to perform investigative work, including: the existing water laterals and sanitary leads, underground utility location, survey, geotechnical evaluations, preliminary design, environmental & permitting, final design, preparation of contract documents, assistance in pre-bid bidding, bid review and award recommendations. - Construction Phase: preconstruction meetings, provide all assistance and technical assistance for shop drawing review and approval, construction observation, construction documentation as required by EGLE, progress meetings, preparation of draw requests and reports to EGLE, and preparation of conforming to construction drawings, and contract closeout & as-constructed drawings. -The selected engineering firm will act as the City's representative throughout the entire EGLE CWSRF process. This includes all coordination with EGLE SRF staff, and any others involved. -The exact scope of services will be as outlined in the engineering agreement formalized after the selection process.
