Scope of Services the Town of Wallkill is Requesting Proposals for Cemetery Mowing & Related Services for Bloomingburg Cemetery. The Bloomingburg Rural Cemetery (Cemetery) is Located at Bloomingburg Road (Co Hwy 76) on Tax Lots Sec 1, Block 1, Lot 59 and Sec 1, Block 1 Lot 58.11. The contract period is from 1/13/25 through 1/12/26. If mutually agreed between the Town and the contractor, the contract may be renewed in one year increments, not to exceed a term of five (5) years. Vendors are encouraged to submit any comments or questions in writing to: Lou Ingrassia, Jr., Commissioner, 99 Tower Drive, Bldg. A, Middletown, NY 10941, or by e-mail to louingrassia@townofwallkill.com. All questions must be submitted in writing. the Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in a proposal when to do so would be to the advantage of the Town or its taxpayers. Proposals that contain conditions or limitations to the requirements set forth in the RFP may be considered non-responsive and rejected.
