Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Pasadena, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project provides for the design of a regional stormwater capture project at Washington Park, including above and below ground capture and infiltration solutions, to improve water quality in the City's Eastside storm drain and the downstream Rio Hondo River. The project will also provide community benefits, including aesthetic urban greening elements, permeable pavement, and increased shade canopy This project is to be included in the City of Pasadena's FY 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of January 5, 2025, per the owner, this project is in the conceptual phase. an RFQ for design consultant services is expected to come out in January, with the project kicking off in March. A timeline for construction has not been determined.
