Site work and paving for a civil project in Victoria Cb, Newfoundland. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of replacing 1104 meters of water services and 990 meters of sewer services, including 17 manholes and upgrading of main highway route 70 from route 70/74 intersection to Antles Road in the Town of Victoria. The project aim is to continue to provide clean/safe drinking water & ensure adequate sewer disposal The project must adhere to the Newfoundland and Labrador Climate Change Lens Part 2: Assessment and Integration of Resilience and Mitigation Measures document, and completion of the NL Climate Change Lens Part 2 form must be completed prior to any construction on this project. TIMELINE: Project is in design. Tender and construction timelines may be confirmed summer 2026. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
