The work includes, but is not limited to, excavation, installation of a precast or cast-in-place concrete chamber, supply and installation of a battery-powered electromagnetic flow meter, associated piping, valves, drainage works, insulation, surface reinstatement, and a battery-powered remote monitoring system capable of transmitting flow data for remote viewing.
