Contractor shall provide all necessary Equipment, Tools, Supervision, Skilled/Experienced/Qualified Craftsman/Labor, Materials, Engineering Support, Time Keeper, Safety Personnel, QA/QC Personnel and Technical Direction etc. to complete all repairs to equipment and/or boilers as directed by the Purchaser. This will be a time and materials Contract. Contractor will bill Purchaser for the labor hours worked, supervision hours, materials, tools, consumables, third party rentals, subcontractors used etc. as outlined in the pricing pages for each repair as directed by the Purchaser. Bid security in the form of a certified check or cashier's check payable to the City of Springfield, or a satisfactory bid bond, in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the total bid must be included in the bid submittal. Question Deadline 12/09/2024 at 12:00 PM CT All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted directly in the City of Springfield at electronically. This contract shall be in effect from the date of March 1, 2025 through February 29, 2028. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
