This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Springfield, Illinois. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
It is the intention of these specifications to provide for the purchase and delivery of approximately a one (1) year supply of water main gate valves, and tapping valves to the Department of Public Utilities, Water Division, Springfield, Illinois. This contract will be in effect February 10, 2025, or date of award, whichever is later, and will remain in effect for twelve (12) months. If it is mutually agreeable with the City and the vendor, this contract or sections of this contract may be extended. The contract covering the additional period shall be extended under the same terms, conditions, specifications, quantities and costs and may be requested by either the City or the vendor by furnishing written notice sixty (60) days prior to the termination of the existing contract period. An extension agreement must be executed by both the City and the vendor and approved by the City Council. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
