Reference number: 20031798 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-12-02 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 12 The Municipality of the Township of Harrington is requesting tenders for the installation of a 3000 mmO HDPE circular culvert and the repair of the roadway above the culvert over a length of +-65 m.l. on chemin de la Riviere Rouge, as well as other related work. To be considered, the bid must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the deadline for receipt of bids. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bond in an amount at least equal to ten percent (10%) of the value of the bid, issued by an institution licensed as an insurer in Canada and recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers. The bid must also be accompanied by a letter of intent to issue a performance bond and a labour, material and services bond, each for an amount of fifty percent (50%) of the value of the bid, issued by an institution holding an insurer's licence in Canada and recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers.
