Renovation of a municipal facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The objective of this project is to accommodate barrier free accommodation for existing courtrooms and washrooms within the 26th and 27th floor in the Trans-Canada pipeline building. Fit up and installation to meet (and exceed where possible) today's barrier free and accessible fixtures to ensure the suite is maneuverable for all able-bodied people. Modify existing three washrooms to meet barrier free requirement. Installation of plumbing and electrical tie-ins for appliances. Modify existing HVAC as per new layouts. Two vertical lifts are supplied by the Province. The Bidder is responsible for installation and commissioning by a certified installer in Alberta. Coordination of furniture unfix/modification/installation (power, data, phone). Install Door operators and hardware to meet barrier free requirements including accessibility and duress system. Network and power installations (SuperNet, Wifi, fax if required) Installation of client supplied AV Equipment and appliances. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
