THE PROJECT: Norman Public Schools Renovations at ISC, Lakeview, Reagan, Washington and Wilson Elementaries LOCATION: Lakeview Elementary - 3310 108th Ave NE, Norman, OK 73026 Reagan Elementary - 1601 24th Ave SE, Norman, OK 73071 Washington Elementary - 600 48th Ave SE, Norman, OK 73026 Wilson Elementary - 800 N. Peters Ave, Norman, OK 73069 Instructional Services Center - 4100 N. Flood Ave, Norman, OK 73069. DESCRIPTION: Lakeview - construct, furnish, equip, and/or acquire improvements at Lakeview Elementary to include: restroom upgrades, administrative office space improvements, finish upgrades, and accessibility upgrades. Reagan - renovate, furnish, equip, and/or acquire improvements at Reagan Elementary to include: restroom up- grades, new covered walkways, certain skylight repairs, masonry improvements. Washington - renovate, furnish, equip, and/or acquire improvements at Washington Elementary to include: one new steam classroom, repainting lockers, new flooring in classrooms and multi- user boys and girls restroom renovations including new finishes and the addition of ADA stalls. Wilson - renovate, furnish, equip, and/or acquire improvements at Wilson Elementary to include: renovate multi-fixture restroom(s) to be wheelchair accessible and replace finishes (toilet accessories, toilet partitions, fixtures, wall tile, ceiling and lighting); new wheelchair lift to stage for ADA access. ISC - renovate, furnish, equip, and/or acquire improvements at NPS Instructional Services Center to include: restroom finish upgrades, restroom ADA compliance improvements and plumbing improvements Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount over $50,000.00 (material vendors not required). Your bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
