Renovation of a recreation facility in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and plan to preform all necessary labor for the construction of the Cleveland County Fairground Renovation Bid Package #02 inclusive of: Masonry, and Metal Panels. Cashier's check, certified check, or Surety Bid Bond for 5% of Base Bid required for all bids over $50,000. Performance, payment, and maintenance bonds will be required by the lowest responsible bidder for any bid over $50,000. These costs are to be included in your bid amount.
