Site work for a mixed-use development in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Norman Parks and Recreation Department will be accepting proposals for the Alameda Stormwater Park as shown in the accompanying plans and specifications from the City of Norman, including the design work from Planning Design Group. Proposals will be accepted until February 20, 2025 at 4:00 pm (central time) - when they will be opened and read aloud. The project proposal shall include construction of the improvements shown in the attached plans and specifications, and this bid packet. Bids shall be submitted on the attached Bid Form, and shall include all related affidavits, insurance, and other itemsreferenced in this Bid Packet and according to the attached plans. All work shall receive inspection and approval consistent with similar construction in Norman. Alameda Stormwater Park Project Questions regarding this project may be directed to Bethany Grissom, Park Planner, at (405)366- 5475. The City of Norman reserves the right to reject any and/or all bid proposals.
