All work to be limited to doors in the Housing Unit buildings only. This work includes the following: Removal and replacement of 5 common-use laundry room doors. Removal and replacement of 5 common-use boiler room doors. Removal and replacement of 4 common-use storage room doors. Removal and replacement of 40 individual apartment entry doors. A bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Bid amount is required with the submittal of a Bid and made payable to the Elk County Housing Authority. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Performance and Payment Bond. The Housing Authority reserves the right to postpone or cancel receipt of bids and to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part if the best interest of the Authority is served thereby. The Elk County Housing Authority solicits and encourages Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation. Bidders will be required to comply with the Authority's MBE Program Goal requirements where applicable. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
